    The Role: As a CRM Platform Admin, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of Home Genius Exteriors within our technology stack. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide exceptional home exterior solutions while maintaining our reputation as the go-to provider in the industry.

    Position Overview: The HubSpot CRM Platform administrator will be responsible for the tactical execution, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HubSpot CRM. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer relationship management, streamline processes, and drive user adoption.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Platform Deployment and Management:

    ○ Lead the HubSpot build out of roles, profiles, workflows, reporting, and other tasks.

    ○ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HubSpot CRM platform.

    ○ Ensure data integrity and optimal use of CRM tools and functionalities.

    ○ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all integration efforts with existing and new software.

    ● User Training & Support:

    ○ Develop and deliver training programs for users across the organization.

    ○ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users.

    ● Process Optimization/Automation:

    ○ Identify opportunities for process improvements and automate workflows within HubSpot.

    ○ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM processes with business goals.

    ● Reporting & Analytics:

    ○ Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

    ○ Analyze data to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.

    ● Collaboration & Communication:

    ○ Serve as the main point of contact for all HubSpot-related inquiries.

    ○ Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and new features.

    ● Continuous Improvement:

    ○ Stay updated on HubSpot product releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements.

    ○ Lead initiatives for system upgrades and integrations with other tools.

    Qualifications:

    ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

    ● Proven experience as a CRM administrator or similar role, hands on with HubSpot (3-5 years)

    ● Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management.

    ● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    ● Exceptional communication and training abilities.

    ● Experience with HubSpot integrations and other marketing/sales tools is a plus.
