Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to excel on our CRM Team!

The Technical Support Specialist will support all departments in day-to-day CRM user administrative support and maintaining overall business data integrity. Working closely with internal stakeholders in various departments, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining department dashboards and help with reporting.

Responsibilities:

CRM and User Administrative Support

· CRM User Setup and password resets

· Basic troubleshooting

· Dashboard Setup, Modification & Maintenance

· Report building & distribution, including both recurring & ad hoc requests

· Data Importing (Adding/Editing CRM data in bulk when required)

· Supporting daily user questions/requests. Troubleshooting issues, documenting and funneling tasks to CRM Development team as needed

**Business Process Review, Training & Data Quality Audits **

· Regular Audits and Reviews of Project Data, perform cleanup/updates as needed

· Process Documentation, including Training Materials

· User training

· Perform various tasks to support CRM development team

Skills and Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience working in technical support of SAAS

· Good troubleshooting skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

· Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative group environment

· Fluency in Spanish is required

· Experience conducting any level of user training is a plus

· Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills ( VBA not required )
