Required to work opening and closing shifts

Staff training, coaching & accountability

Scheduling & light Human Resources responsibilities

Managing the floor during operating hours supporting staff & handling guest concerns

Building efficient communication between FOH & BOH

Building genuine & lasting relationships with our guests
