DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (REMOTE)

DURATION: 3+ month contract-to-hire

LOCATION: REMOTE

PAY RATE: $15/hr

OVERVIEW: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Data Entry Operator for one of our clients in the Richardson area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs high-volume data entry (average: 10,000+ keystrokes per hour).
• Performs basic management of electronic files (i.e., print, copy, transfer and delete).
• Accesses information from a computer and/or maintains a computer database.
• Enters data for envelopes, labels, form letters and correspondence.
• Formats and produce documents.
• Works with numbers (i.e., add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Detects and correct errors.
• Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer.
• Can also use basic office equipment (including a photocopy machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.) and has the ability to follow instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Database entry experience
• Call center experience
• Experience in an office environment
• Goal-oriented as this is a time sensitive project
• Ability to adapt to change
