RN – CSICU – Nights - $25,000 Sign On
The Company: Our Client is an accredited healthcare facility serving the Tallahassee, FL community.
The Position: We are seeking a dynamic Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum. Our Client is the following compensation and benefits:
- $27 to $39.50 per hour
- Shift Differential:
- Weekends: $2 per hour
- Nights: $$3 per hour
- Specialty Differential for this Unit: $2.50 per hour
- Sign On Bonus:
- Nights – Up to $25,000 (Depending on years of experience)

Requirements:
- 1+ years of acute care ICU or PCU experience required
- Does not necessarily need to be in the ICU but good Acute Care Background is required
- Compact license: 3 or more years of experience as an RN will be considered consider
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
- CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days.
Responsibilities:
- Shifts:
- Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit setting
- Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s) and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
