What We’re Looking For: -QuickBooks Experience (Required): You should have recent experience managing financials with QuickBooks. -ServiceTitan Experience (A Plus): If you’ve worked with ServiceTitan, that’s a major plus! -Strong Customer Service Skills: You’ll be interacting with customers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring satisfaction. -Organizational Skills: Keeping records, handling data entry, and managing bookkeeping tasks with accuracy. -Team-Oriented Attitude: We’re all about collaboration and teamwork to get the job done.
What You’ll Do: -Manage financials in QuickBooks -Assist with scheduling and dispatching through our service management platform. -Interact with customers, providing exceptional support and service. -Help maintain organized and accurate records for seamless operations.

Qualifications:
2 Years Bookkeeping/Data Entry Experience
Recent Experience with Quickbooks
Advanced Computer Skills and Experience
Financially Literate
Detail Oriented
Organized
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Records Financial Transactions on a Daily and Monthly Basis
Pays Bills and Records Vendor Invoices
Maintains Accurate Employee Files and Folders
Provides Assistance with Customer Service Representative Duties, including Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments, and Dispatching Service Techs
Performs Various Other Office and Administrative Duties as needed
