Our company provides residential and commercial plumbing services 24/7 and offers emergency service. We truly care about providing the best experience to our valued customers. We are searching for the right candidate to be our company's initial voice of the company!

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative and Dispatch Hybrid to join our growing team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure while showing empathy.

    Responsibilities

    Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails

    Respond to customer messages and website inquiries

    Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions

    Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics

    Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers

    Document all customer interactions using House Call Pro

    Handle customer complaints with a resolution and positivity

    Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

    Confirming all customer information is correctly booked and transferred into our system

    Dispatch to the appropriate Senior Technician

    Complete all necessary tasks through House Call Pro to close out any open jobs

    Schedule 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday -Friday 7:45 am - 5:30 pm Saturday - Sunday

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred

    Dispatching for a home service is a plus!

    Comfortable using computers and customer management software

    Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
