    Job Description:

    As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will assist with service inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve any concerns to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. You’ll also collaborate with our team of technicians to maintain efficient operations.

    Initiative, integrity, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential to achieving departmental and corporate goals in this position. Job-related contact can occur with virtually all demographic groups, with most daily contact being with our customers and service technicians. Customer Service Representative duties include:

    Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information on products and services.

    Scheduling service and installation jobs taking into consideration the expected complexity of the job versus the experience and capabilities of available technicians.

    Maintaining a working relationship with the accounts receivable staff on the collection of invoices and account balances.

    Cooperating with all Department Managers in support of all aspects of Air Products & Services goals and objectives.

    Helping in the resolution of customer complaints in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, and reporting all such incidents to the Service Manager/management.

    Working with suppliers on procuring parts and supplies needed for service and maintenance.

    Performing related staff-level duties as directed by the Service Manager/management.

    Assisting Management in the planning, organizing, and coordination of department resources and goals.

    Job Qualifications:

    Proven Customer Service experience, preferably in HVAC contracting or building services industry.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatching software platforms.

    Experience with Service Titan software is a plus

    Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse customer groups, all personnel levels in the HVAC field.

    Knowledge of HVAC-related terminology.

    Ability to back-up other office personnel as needed

    Skill and ability to sell service jobs and service contracts via phone, email, or written correspondence.

    High school diploma or GED required
