    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing dispatch operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely coordination of services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Service Duties:
    - Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
    - Provide accurate information about products and services, policies, and procedures.
    - Assist customers with concerns, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive resolution.
    - Document customer interactions and update records in the company database.
    - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

    Dispatcher Duties:
    - Coordinate and schedule services, deliveries, or appointments based on customer requests and company resources.
    - Monitor and manage the daily dispatch operations to maximize efficiency and ensure timely service delivery.
    - Maintain communication with field staff and provide them with necessary information and updates.
    - Track and update schedules, vehicle locations, and service progress.
    - Handle emergency situations and re-routing of services as necessary.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
    - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in dispatch or logistics.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
    - Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and relevant technology.
    - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    - Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
