$13-$15/hour

We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Part-Time Janitorial Day Porter with Light Handyman Duties to join our team. This role will primarily focus on maintaining the cleanliness of our premises while also assisting with minor handyman tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing designated areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Conduct light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and other handyman duties.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment or furniture for events or meetings.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
• Basic handyman skills and familiarity with minor repairs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment or supplies as required.
