This individual in this dynamic position is responsible for:
- Collaborates with appropriate personnel and teams to execute marketing strategies across all media.
- Planning and executing social media campaigns across social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Overseeing analytics, reporting and presentations on effectiveness of specific campaigns and channels - develops metrics to track performance of leads generated, click-rates/etc.
- Will create branding materials for the MCE division adhering to corporate branding guidelines and policies.
- Enforces brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
- Develops and implements marketing materials and marketing communication strategies including: customer communication, branding, internal publications, events, media campaigns, digital, etc.
- Ongoing interaction/communication with other teams including engineering, sales, management, etc.
Required Skills
- Strong Interpersonal, presentation, communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of and ability to work with social media and digital graphics.
- Well-organized, process/detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player and an excellent communicator who can work with a variety of people at various levels to build consensus and implement cohesive campaigns.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively to identify and impact opportunities, while also identifying and resolving issues.
- Good understanding of branding and ability to express it in the tone and direction of communications.
Required Experience
- BS degree in Marketing
- 3-6 years experience in the Marketing or related field
- Experience in both PC & MAC environments
- Experience in website creation
- Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Keynote (require). Use of Google Adwords, Adobe Creative Suite, iMovie (preferred)
