Responsibilities: • Provide mental health counseling services to clients through individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions based on the client's clinical needs • Utilize evidence-based interventions during therapy sessions • Participate in ongoing training, consultation, and supervision to improve the delivery of evidence-based treatments • Develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve mutually set goals using evidence-based practices • Offer case management services when needed while coordinating referrals to other resources • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for clients • Respond to client crises as needed, following company safety protocols and consulting with a clinical supervisor for appropriate handling • Assist with referrals to different levels of care when necessary • Maintain up-to-date client records by completing necessary training and documentation within 48 hours of each session • Have the potential to mentor or supervise staff • Engage in mentorship programs for pre-licensed associates • Receive additional training, consultation, and supervision support in various evidence-based practices to expand exposure to different treatment modalities Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or related field • Actively licensed or eligible for/working towards clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) • Pre-licensed applicants must have completed a Master's degree or within three (3) months of completing a degree at the time of the interview due to our highly competitive training program • Minimum of one year of experience providing client service in a professional counseling setting (preferred but willing to train for exceptional candidates) Schedule Requirements • Full-time position requirements for Pre-Licensed Associate status due to the extensive training and supervision they receive and to align with licensure regulations • There are part-time positions available for actively licensed therapists • Full-time: 25 client hours per week; Part-time: minimum of 15-18 clients per week • Flexibility is required to meet client's needs and maintain caseload requirements, including some evenings and/or weekend availability from clinicians Work Location Depending on qualifications/licensure status and schedule, hybrid and fully remote options are available. • Only those with full clinical licensure are eligible for hybrid/fully remote positions, as pre-licensed are predominantly required to provide on-site services due to regulatory standards and training experience provided within the practice Compensation: $30,000 - $65,000 Depending on experience and licensing
