Responsibilities: • Provide behavioral health therapy to clients in King of Prussia, PA, within the scope of training/experience through individual, group, family, or couples treatment. • Offer case management services as necessary to support clients effectively. • Collaborate with healthcare providers and external team members to ensure continuity of care for clients in King of Prussia, PA. • Respond promptly to client crises and adhere to all safety measures under the supervision of clinical supervisors. • Maintain up-to-date client charts by completing progress notes and necessary documentation within 48 hours of each session in King of Prussia, PA. • Mentor master-level pre-licensed clinicians and interns to enhance mentorship and educational training programs in the practice. • Conduct training activities for staff and contribute to their professional development. • Develop policy manuals, resource guides, and training materials for staff within the practice. • Engage in ongoing evidence-based practices training to support professional growth and enhance the quality of client care. Qualifications: • Applicants for the PA Doctoral Level Psychology Intern position in King of Prussia, PA, US are required to have a doctoral degree in a psychology-related field. • Candidates should have completed a residency in psychology or be currently enrolled in a psychology doctorate program with at least two semesters finished to meet the eligibility criteria. • Individuals applying must be working towards obtaining a PA-Licensed Psychologist status or be part of a doctoral program during their tenure. • Familiarity with CBT, DBT, Trauma Treatment, and/or LGBTQIA+ treatment is advantageous, and training will be provided to the suitable candidate. • Availability to work either full-time (40 hours/week, with 25 hours dedicated to billable services) or part-time (15 billable hours per week) is mandatory. • Services must be delivered on-site in King of Prussia, PA, and applicants should be willing to provide evening and/or weekend availability. • The role necessitates commuting to King of Prussia, PA, to offer in-person and telehealth services from the office suite, with telehealth services provided in-office for pre-licensed level clinicians. • Physical capability to sit at a desk, use a computer for extended periods, and lift/carry objects weighing up to 10 lbs is required for this position. Compensation: $23,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE
