Position: CW Silicon TPM / Technical Program Manager ||
The Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of a complex SoC co-processor program, coordinating across multiple subsystems and accelerator blocks. This role requires silicon development background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with IP TPMs to drive engineering activities through all stages of execution, from planning to delivery.
Streamline workflows, optimize processes, and implement industry best practices to enhance program efficiency.
Establish and maintain a milestones-driven task management infrastructure, ensuring adoption across IP teams.
Develop and maintain standardized dashboards for milestone tracking and program health metrics, providing real-time visibility to stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks, deviations, and bottlenecks, implementing early warning systems to mitigate schedule and deliverable impacts.
Create and refine reporting templates to deliver concise, actionable weekly updates on IP status and program progress.
Foster alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and shared goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in silicon development, with a good understanding of SoC and IP-level workflows.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a distributed team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
Scripting experience in Python or similar languages for automation and data analysis.
Proficiency in task management environments and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, or similar).
Strong expertise in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for collaboration and reporting.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results in complex technical environments.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
