Responsibilities: • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients • Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs Qualifications: • Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience working in the insurance industry • State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits • Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed Compensation: $100,000 yearly
