Job Summary: Half Price Flooring is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Cabinet and Countertop Sales Associate to join our team in Las Vegas. This role is essential in providing customers with exceptional service, expert advice, and guiding them through kitchen design choices. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills along with an understanding of kitchen design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with selecting cabinets and countertops based on their style preferences and functional needs.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on product options, features, and benefits.

Interpret and read blueprints and kitchen designs to ensure accurate product specifications and customer satisfaction.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current trends in kitchen design and cabinetry.

Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless project execution from sale to installation.

Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales and products.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or kitchen design.

Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles and trends.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Proficiency in both English and Spanish for effective communication with a diverse clientele.

Bonus Qualifications:

Knowledge of CAD software for design purposes.

In-depth product knowledge of cabinets and countertops.

Field experience related to cabinet installation or kitchen remodels.

Understanding of general construction practices and terminology.

Experience in the installation of kitchen cabinets and countertops.
