    The HUE Brand is hiring its new Brand Director.

     

    The successful candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen to provide strategic vision across multiple apparel, legwear and accessory product lines.

    A Brand leader with strong metric-driven marketing discipline, superior ability to create brand relevancy and differentiation to unlock full potential .

    The position is a strategic and creative role that requires a deep understanding of the customer, competition, trends, business goals, and product knowledge to drive revenue and lead innovation.

     

    The Brand Director is accountable for translating the brand positioning, seasonal creative concept, and product vision to create a consumer journey that engages, drives conversion, and improves long term loyalty.

    This is a key role, reporting directly to the CEO, and collaborates with cross-functional partners.

     

    Kayser-Roth works on a hybrid remote schedule.  Monday and Friday are optional work from home and Tuesday-Thursday, in office.  

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 15+ years of brand management / marketing experience
    • Fundamental marketing strategy skills, excellent communication, organization, and time management skills; analytical skills
    • A passionate, energetic, and creative leader who can inspire creative teams to create with audacity while building brand power with consistency
    • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem across e-commerce, social media, CRM
    • Experience in Direct to Consumer is a significant plus
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of professionals, both internal teammates and outside partners.
    • Connected to trends in retail, apparel, and pop culture and able to bring that to life in a brand-relevant way
