Seeking a cafe manager to oversee all aspects of a cafe's front of house operations, including staffing, customer service, and marketing. Interested individuals must also have strong interpersonal skills and foster a positive workplace culture that encourages growth and participation from the staff.
Staff management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and providing feedback to staff, watching labor costs
Customer service: Ensuring customers are happy with their experience, addressing complaints, and resolving issues
Inventory: Management of disposable wears and coffee/beverage supplies and ingredients
Marketing: Creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, such as promotions, events, and advertising
Overseeing operations: Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and the smooth running of the cafe
Job requires weekend availability
Days and early evenings only, no nights
