Job Overview

As a Cafe and Check-In Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling transactions, and assisting in the preparation and serving of our delightful menu items.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with check-in and reservations.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.

Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and work areas.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with reliable transportation.

As a customer-facing role, it requires a strong English speaker.
