Team Member: Shift Lead

Do you like working with people? Live near OSU? Have experience as a food service manager? If so, the Shift Lead position at Brenen’s Café could be perfect for you. We are looking for friendly, organized, energetic, experienced and quality-focused individual to represent Brenen’s Café and our products to the Ohio State Medical Center Community.

Job Skills/Requirements:

Before you join our team there are a few basic requirements for the Shift Manager.

Ability to lead and train employees

Ability to manage the shop and understand proper closing

Ability to work Barista station

Customer service experience/natural ability

Experience/Knowledge:

Overview:
