    Office Manager

    Medici Roasting is hiring for a part-time office manager to handle administrative tasks for the owner and upper management team.

    Qualifications

    · Proven experience as an executive assistant in a multi-faceted business

    · Experience in the food and beverage industry a plus

    · Solid understanding of business functions including HR and Payroll

    · Proficient with Microsoft Office, Shopify, Dropbox, Mailchimp, R-365, and Salesforce

    · Exceptional communication and time management skills

    · Competent Problem solver

    General Requirements:

    · Manage communication with all wholesale accounts and ensure weekly ordering is completed on time

    · Following up on all leads for potential new wholesale customers

    · Process all paperwork for new hires within the company

    · Help coordinate events

    · Printing of all signage needed for any café locations, wholesale customers, roasting facility, etc.

    · Weekly reconciliation of all commissary orders placed by each café location

    · Process invoices and bills for all business entities

    · Weekly Check run and mail

    · Help with preparation of online orders and shipping

    · Create weekly email newsletter

    · Customer communication

    · Assist in managing company calendar

    · Assist CEO with special projects and research

    Compensation and Benefits:

    · Part-time position approximately 30 hours/week

    · $18-$23/hour based on experience

    · Health Insurance available after 90 days
