Territory/Location: North Dakota/Utah
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in line with company procedures and targets.
- Develop, execute, and achieve sales plans to meet or exceed profitability and growth targets.
- Prepare reports of business transactions and expense accounts.
- Coordinate with appropriate Rental Center functions.
- Coordinate customer and project specs with internal operations.
- Maintain accurate reports and database records of customers, contacts, activities, and transactions.
- Provide technical sales assistance using job related manuals.
Skills, Experience, Characteristics:
- Experience in rental sales industry a plus.
- Experience working with general contractors, electrical contractors, or mechanical contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience or an equivalent education and experience combination.
- PC literacy in a Microsoft environment.
- Proficiency with customer relations systems to track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
- Attention to detail.
- Embrace and promote safety culture.
- 5-7 years of previous direct business to business sales experience, preferably in industrial type market.
Other:
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Compensation:
- Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
- Quarterly commissions paid on equipment rentals and sales.
- Not eligible for OT/exempt.
- Paid Leave Time 120 Hours (15 days), pro-rated first year
