Job Summary We are seeking a Cake Baker to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will prepare 3 to 4, 50 pound batches of cake a day. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for baking. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas

Bake a variety of primarily cakes, cookies, and doughs

Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a baker

Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

Knowledge of food safety practices

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Team player

Available for early morning shifts
