Your Day-to-Day Canvas
Decorate & Finish Cakes – Setup, frost, and transform cakes into Cold Stone’s signature ice-cream masterpieces.
Customize with Care – Tweak flavors, colors, and messages to match guest requests while keeping every detail flawless.
Build & Prep – Build cakes with pre-baked cake, ice cream, and mix ins
Sanitation & Records – Keep your workstation spotless, label everything, and complete simple production logs to maintain consistency and food safety.
Who We’re Looking For
Demonstrated cake-decorating experience (send those photos to office@coldstonereno.com — we can’t wait to see!).
Laser-sharp attention to detail—the difference between “good” and “gorgeous” is in the millimeters.
Comfortable working solo and managing your own pace without supervision.
Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
