We're looking for a Call Center Agent to play a key role in optimizing patient scheduling and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. What You'll Do:

✅ Appointment Confirmation & Scheduling:

• Audit daily schedules and verify upcoming appointments.

• Place courtesy calls to confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits.

✅ Patient Outreach & Retention:

• Proactively contact patients past due for dental visits.

• Reschedule missed appointments

✅ Administrative & Customer Service:

• Accurately document all patient interactions and scheduled appointments.

• Address patient questions, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain a positive experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone presence.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!).

• Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage high call volumes.
