As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring positive customer experiences by handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies

    • Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department

    • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately

    • Follow communication scripts and standard procedures

    • Meet performance goals related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction

    • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
