As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring positive customer experiences by handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department
Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
Follow communication scripts and standard procedures
Meet performance goals related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and phone systems
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
