Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or experience in customer service is a plus
