    Signal Tru Brand is looking for a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-tier service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

    • Record customer interactions and maintain detailed and accurate records

    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes

    • Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

    • Strong communication and active listening skills
