Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Record customer interactions and maintain detailed and accurate records
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes
Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center systems
Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented
