Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure. Part time position would be Monday-Thursday 12p-6p. Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. If the weather is permitting we spend the first 3-4 hours of the shift outside walking with the canvas team going door to door writing down notes and attempting to create appointments you will make commission off of with your base pay. The remainder of the day is in the office on the phones connecting with homeowners on there status of there projects.
Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls
Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
Upsell products and services when appropriate
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED preferred
Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
