Primarily responsible for managing incoming customer leads, whether through phone calls, online inquiries, or website forms, by qualifying potential buyers, providing initial vehicle information, and scheduling appointments with sales representatives to facilitate car sales. Responsibilities: • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process • Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close • Work leads provided in the CRM system with effective follow-up skills. • Manage leads through methods, including phone calls, texts, and emails. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired • Successful experience providing customer service preferred Compensation: $45,000 including bonuses
