Every Word Code is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate, efficient solutions
Document interactions and update customer accounts in our database
Follow communication guidelines and company procedures
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
