The Call Center Representative will handle incoming inquiries, assist with application processes, and provide helpful information regarding our services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay : $16.50 - $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries about job opportunities, application processes, and general company information.
• Provide assistance to job applicants, guiding them through application steps and answering related questions.
• Document interactions in the database accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure resolutions meet company standards.
• Support the recruitment team by scheduling appointments and conducting initial screenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries calmly and professionally.
