    Our company is seeking Part-Time Call Center Representatives - PART TIME - ENTRY LEVEL CALL 909.905.0176 to schedule your interview today!

    Shift is: Monday to Friday

    7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    (Not including Federal Holidays)

    Responsibilities: • Make customer calls and provide accurate information in a timely manner. • Answering customers questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their concerns. • Responsible for keeping record of information received in conversations and log it into the database. • Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals.

    Skills & Qualifications: • Strong communication, both verbal and written • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments • Computer literacy & Phone skills • Bilingual ( is a plus; not required )

    Training will also be provided - "Entry Level" applicants are also encouraged to apply.
