Responsibilities: • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Generate 15+ quality leads for sales teams • Maintain sales targets • Study for NMLS Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
