Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Understand the basics of land investing. • Complete all modules of the Sales Systems Training and successfully perform role-plays with the manager. • Fully learn and memorize the acquisition script, including correct tonalities. • Call back new leads quickly, assess their interest, and secure purchase contracts over the phone or in person. • Follow up on existing leads and keep them engaged until they’re ready to do business. • Determine motivation and qualify prospects within 30 days of hire. • Understand motivational factors and categorize prospects as hot, warm, or cold for follow-up as required in the CRM. • Become proficient in setting, completing, and managing tasks in the CRM. • Establish monthly and quarterly milestones with the sales manager through weekly business reviews, monitoring progress, and identifying corrective actions to meet and exceed established KPIs. • Secure the first purchase contract within 45 days of hire. Qualifications: • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired Proficiency in web-based software, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack, or the ability to learn them quickly.
