Position Overview: Lead the Frontline Team That Creates Remarkable Client Experiences

We’re looking for a Call Center Team Lead to guide our frontline team—the first voice our clients hear and a vital link in ensuring our craftsmen can deliver exceptional service.
You’ll lead by example—answering phones, motivating your team, fine-tuning scheduling, and optimizing every interaction to reflect the HandyPro mission. If you're ready to lead with purpose and grow in a supportive, people-first culture, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team – Answer phones, train, mentor, and inspire call center agents to deliver a “wow” experience.
Own the First Impression – Ensure every customer interaction—especially answering the phones—is positive, professional, and sets the tone for a seamless service experience.
Optimize Scheduling & Efficiency – Oversee appointment booking to maximize conversions and streamline operations.
Analyze & Improve Performance – Track key metrics, provide feedback, and implement strategies to boost results.
Motivate & Build Culture – Foster an energetic, high-performing team that’s excited to make a difference.
Collaborate Across Departments – Work closely with leadership and field teams to improve service coordination and efficiency.
Handle Escalations – Resolve customer concerns with empathy and urgency, maintaining HandyPro’s commitment to client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
5 years minimum of call center experience, ideally with leadership or training responsibilities
A strong customer service and sales mindset—someone who knows how to turn a conversation into an opportunity
Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling systems, and performance tracking tools
A data-driven problem solver who can analyze trends and make smart improvements
A positive, team-focused leader who’s passionate about helping others grow
Project management experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a bonus
