Position Summary: To provide support across departments and perform vital administrative and office tasks. This candidate is detail oriented, an excellent communicator and highly organized.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Coordinates with multiple departments across locations such as Centralized Support, Payments, Accounting and Compliance by scanning, processing payments, organizing mail for electronic or physical delivery and other tasks as needed
Maintain accurate member information on accounts (e.g. scanning documents to account, updating contact information)
Advocate and demonstrate company brand
Other project work or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
6 months experience as a teller or financial institution preferred
Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the organization
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidential information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Acceptable background check; credit, criminal and insurance
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements:
This position requires the employee to work indoors in a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations, and the ability to stand, walk stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 1-25 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information. The employee frequently is required to sit, reach with arms, talk and hear.
