Human Resources Administrator
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Administrator will play a key role in the HR team, performing administrative tasks and services to support effective HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling confidential documents and information and ensure that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR administration tasks • Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and providing relevant employee information • Prepare job descriptions • Contact references for prospective applicants and onboard new employees • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements, performing periodic audits to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately • Provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers • Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies and benefits • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Skills and Competencies: • Calvary Chapel must be your home church. • 2-3 years of experience with various HR functions • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy • Know and effectively use Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • Self-starter with minimal supervision
