Our internal Growth team provides functional support in online marketing, demand generation, and sales execution. Our dedicated Data Engineering & Data Science team unlocks the power of marketing, product, and customer health data to increase LTV and scale customer acquisition.

    We are looking for a high-impact, growth-oriented Chief of Staff (CoS) to join our team. The CoS will join a Camber portfolio company for twelve months, working closely with the company CEO and Board on the highest impact initiatives at the company. After twelve months, the CoS will transition to an operating roll, join an other Camber portfolio company as CoS or work within the Camber Operations team.

    In this critical role, the CoS will drive positive outcomes by managing the company's operating system (OKRs), drive cross-team collaboration and manage critical initiatives on behalf of the CEO and Board of Directors. This position will have full visibility into all of the workings of the investment and business and actively participate in executive team and board meetings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Shadow the CEO to understand how and why decisions are made
    • Help run the company through the creation and execution of OKRs. You'll work with board, CEO and functional teams to ensure that day-to-day work is aligned with the company mission and goals
    • Build and actively manage critical company processes and meeting (e.g. Board meetings, leadership team meetings and all-hands)
    • Work with functional teams to improve communication and alignment and ensure cross-functional initiatives are executed on plan
    • Manage and execute high priority initiatives on behalf of the CEO and Board.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS, preferably in Marketing, Growth and/or Product Development, Management Consulting or Investment Banking
    • 5+ years experience leading multi-disciplined teams to successful and measurable outcomes
    • 5+ years documented experience using data to drive decision-making
