Are you highly detailed and organized? Are you a creative & proactive problem solver who enjoys continually learning? Do you love helping others so much that your friends and family wonder how you’re able to get everything done? If you answered yes to at least 2 of the above 3 questions, keep reading. We are looking for a detailed and tenacious problem solver to join our payment processing company. We guide ecommerce and direct response marketing companies to success through our payment solutions. Specifically, you will be working with our clients, partners, and team members to resolve questions and solve challenges by emails, calls, ticketing systems, or whatever it takes. You’ll assist our sales team in reviewing our client websites, onboarding and activating new accounts, and in general smooth out anything that keeps our clients from processing their sales with us. If you have banking, internet marketing, or customer service experience, that’s a plus.
If not.... don’t count yourself out just yet. We’re looking for that rare mix of highly detailed and proactive problem solver with a contagiously positive attitude who’s also quick to learn. We’re less concerned about your specific work experience or what college you attended because we believe in investing in and developing people on our team that have values & character.
