    Your role:
    \- Providing top-notch technical support to the CEO and two top executives.
    \- Managing and troubleshooting issues with Windows, Mac, Mobile Devices, Office365, MDM platforms, and more.
    \- Ensuring seamless synchronization of contacts, tasks, and calendars.
    \- Automating tasks, document tagging, and handling other technical setups and issues.
    \- Maintaining a professional demeanor, with the ability to communicate clearly and directly with top-level executives.
    \- Being available for after-hours and weekend support as needed.
    \- Potential for remote work in the future and possibility of converting to a contract-to-hire position.

    What you'll need:
    \- Proven experience in technical support for high-level executives.
    \- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Mac, Mobile, MDM, Office365, Outlook.
    \- Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with corporate leaders.
    \- Availability for after-hours and weekend support as needed.
    \- US Citizen or Green Card Holder (due to government contracts).
    \- Ability to sign a confidentiality agreement and comply with SEC federal trade agreements.
