Join our team and work with park owners of all demographics throughout California.  

    We provide our members with the tools, resources, and programs they need to be successful, while promoting growth and development of outdoor hospitality.  Through extensive member promotion, education, cost-saving programs, and legislative advocacy, CTPA serves its members as they provide a positive RV, camping, and glamping experience to the camping consumer.

    We are seeking a Member Services / Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping members by providing product and service information and resolving member issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle member inquiries
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Manage and update member communications
    • Create and manage renewal and membership campaigns
    • Collaborate with team on bi-monthly and annual publications
    • Oversees the planning, coordination, or annual member event
    • Manages office operations, equipment, and supplies

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients through effective listening and communication
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask through time management and organization skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with event planning
    • Ability to think creatively and innovatively to create programs of interest for members

    Requirement: 

    • Three years of experience working in an office setting with multi-faceted duties
