    Job Description

    NBCUniversal’s Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $8B annual advertising business.

    The Programmatic Ad Operations team within Business Operations & Services is a close-knit, fast-paced team tasked with executing all programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace deals domestically and globally. The Programmatic Sales Operations Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of a programmatic deal. This involves deal creation, revisions and ensuring digital assets remain in-spec throughout the entirety of the flight.

    The Programmatic Sales Operations team works side-by-side with the planning and sales team to ensure that advertising campaigns run smoothly and exceed client expectations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy, problem solver with superior customer service skills and leadership qualities to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead live troubleshooting calls with clients to provide spec resolution
    • Attend weekly POD meetings to ensure sales, planning, and operations are in lockstep
    • Setup regularly cadenced reporting to identify trends amongst creative failures within various ad distributors/ DSPs
    • Must seek to gain knowledge within the Programmatic ecosystem to better support our internal and external partners
    • Ensuring media is delivered to published specifications and lead time
    • Direct interaction with Programmatic Sales Team and Clients to ensure campaign fulfillment
    • Functional knowledge on trafficking programmatic deals in FreeWheel, OperativeOne and Google Ad Manager
    • The role is managing the Indirect Demand programmatic business, working with various external partners.
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage priorities is critical
    • Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations
    • Familiarity with programmatic advertising

    _ Eligibility Requirements:_

    • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
    • Desire to work in the entertainment media industry, which requires availability during weekends if we are supporting a live event
    • Must be 18 years or older

    _ Desired Characteristics:_

    • Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
    • Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel)
    • Familiarity with programmatic advertising
    • Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
    • Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Detail-oriented and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000
