RESPONSIBILITIES – RV SERVICE MANAGER:
- Train, motivate, manage and monitor performance of service department staff
- Provide technical assistance to employees as needed
- Quality check completed jobs
- Ensure shop equipment is properly maintained and repaired
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer complaints, etc. are dealt with fairly and quickly
- Forecast goals and objectives to generate revenue
- Assist in preparing annual service department operating budget
- Ensure service department employees follow safety policies
REQUIREMENTS – RV SERVICE MANAGER:
- PREVIOUS RV / AUTOMOTIVE / POWERSPORT TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- PREVIOUS SERVICE MANAGER EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELDS IS PREFERRED
- ASE certification preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and top problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate the department at a profit according to dealership guidelines
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
