  • Responsibilities

    Summary of Responsibilities:

    The Campus Goods and Supply Team Leader is responsible for all operations of the Campus Goods & Supply Store, the online store, and pop-up merch shops. They will create an excellent guest experience through leading the Campus Goods & Supply Specialists within the Campus Merch sales avenues.

    They will provide excellent customer service and support to all merch store clients. They are responsible for selling merchandise and assisting customers in finding the right product. Day-to-day duties include customer service tasks such as welcoming shoppers, offering assistance, making recommendations, answering questions, and explaining the features of products. Other common duties include operating cash registers, bagging products, stocking shelves, marking price tags, and preparing displays.

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create an enjoyable experience assisting guests in the Campus Goods & Supply Store
    • Assist guests with merchandise selections
    • Operate Point of Sales (POS) and other sales equipment
    • Manage online store administrative duties
    • Creative weekly schedules for teammates
    • Track inventory of products
    • Supervise receiving and processing of order shipments
    • Submit monthly sales and inventory reports to the Director of Dining & Retail
    • Coordinate with the Director of Dining & Retail for reordering products
    • Supervising team during shifts
    • Ensure the team is properly trained in customer service
    • Engage in team development
    • Handle refunds, returns, and exchanges
    • Manage store cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appearance
    • Remain knowledgeable about and answer questions related to merchandise, sales, promotions, and store policy
    • Report any issues to the Director of Dining & Retail

    Other Duties
