Vox Church is looking for a part-time (20 hours/week) Campus Worship Director to join our Greater Bridgeport team!

CAMPUS WORSHIP DIRECTOR

Position Summary

To oversee all administrative and venue-specific aspects of the worship experience at a campus, with pastoral support from Campus Pastor and Central Worship. This includes leading worship, managing all administrative worship responsibilities, overseeing the integration of new team members, overseeing venue protocols, and participating in the directional team. Ensures that the worship experience at campus carries the DNA of Vox Music and the team is cared for.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Care for and continue to recruit a fully operating team with healthy serving rhythms.

At least 50% of serving musicians are involved in a community group or discipleship relationship.

Identify and walk consistently with 1-2 individuals of the same gender on the serving team.

Develop and implement a 3-part advancement plan for campus within 3 months.

Specific Expectations:

Weekly:

Set Lists posted 2 weeks before

Set Flow Sent 1 week before

Plan and Lead collective time

Directional Team/CP/CWD meeting

Monthly:

Create a campus schedule

Create 1st Tuesday Plan

Lead Community Group/Team Care

Quarterly:

Create recruitment goals and initiate the plan

Form or continue discipleship relationships

Identify 3 areas of growth and create a plan
