    Our fulfillment facility and headquarters is in Rhode Island, but we have a global team. As our company has grown, we've added help from a lot of different places. We now have a mix of in-person and remote employees across the US and even other countries, spanning 5 different time zones. We're eager to add more talented folks to our team to help us grow!

    WE'RE LOOKING FOR WAREHOUSE & FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATES!

    As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for offloading stock deliveries, scanning and processing work orders, locating merchandise, barcoding and tracking all inventory, and packaging orders for shipment. You will also be required to operate warehouse machinery including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanized equipment.

    Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates are required to have a basic understanding of warehousing procedures (we can teach you!), a strong eye for detail, and the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs). Our successful associates embrace a growth mindset, and we foster a culture of learning and hard work.

    Our Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates are responsible for receiving and processing shipments, fulfillinfcustomer orders, and help evolve our in-house procedures while adhering to safety and quality standards.

    WAREHOUSE & FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Receiving
      • Offload delivery trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse
      • Arrange incoming deliveries in designated areas.
      • Inspect all stock for damages, and keep record of damages.
    • Organization
      • Perform warehouse duties using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
      • Maintain clear records on all inventory and stock through our barcoding system.
      • Prepare and scan stock for order fulfillment.
    • Fulfillment
      • Read and decipher work orders.
      • Locate and extract merchandise from shelves and storage areas to fulfillment station(s).
      • Confirm merchandise information matches that of the work order.
      • Pack the merchandise per our internal standards (protecting merchandise, using correct box size to minimize shipping costs) for a great end delivery experience for our customers.
    • Quality Control
      • Inspect and log merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.
    • End-to-End Responsibility
      • Transport the packed items to receiving.
      • Finalize work orders and update the database.
    • SAFETY FIRST! All our associates are required to adhere to state health and safety practices

    WAREHOUSE & FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Be a team player! We pride ourselves on having a hard-working culture, and working together to help solve problems. Integrity and transparency are how we operate and communicate. This is non-negotiable!
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
    • Ability to lift heavy objects.
    • Ability to work in a loud environment.
    • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
    • BONUS: Knowledge or experience of warehouse/fulfillment procedures.
    • BONUS: Previous experience as a Fulfillment Associate.
    • BONUS: Forklift, cherry picker, or other equipment certifications.
    • BONUS: Experience with inventory management software and project management tools.

    COMPENSATION DETAILS:

    • Pay: $20/hour starting pay for all FTE employees
    • Contract to FTE conversion after 4 week training period
    • FTE employee benefits: Full Medical & Dental Insurance, ten PTO days, five sick days, product perks.
