In this role, you will be responsible for leading canvassing efforts, engaging with potential clients, and generating leads to support our sales team. Responsibilities as a Canvas Manager at Ascension Roofing:

Lead and manage canvassing teams to generate leads and create awareness of our roofing services

Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize outreach and engagement

Train and mentor team members on effective canvassing techniques and communication skills

Monitor team performance, providing ongoing feedback and support to ensure goals are met

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and client relationships
