What We Need

We are seeking a highly motivated Canvassing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead canvassing efforts, engage potential clients, and generate high-quality leads to support our sales team. What You’ll Do

Lead, manage, and inspire canvassing teams to generate leads and increase awareness of our services

Develop and execute canvassing strategies to engage potential clients and maximize outreach

Train and mentor team members on best practices for canvassing and effective communication

Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to meet goals

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and a strong customer experience

Represent Ascension Roofing at community events and storm recovery initiatives, promoting our mission and services

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or community outreach, with a history of achieving goals

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with a wide range of people

High level of integrity and commitment to Ascension Roofing’s values

Familiarity with roofing services or products is a plus, but not required

Comfort working outdoors and in various weather conditions
