Responsibilities: • Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team in Cleveland Ohio, US to improve their sales performance and foster their professional growth • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation strategies to drive company expansion • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to assess sales activities, monitor progress, and plan for future objectives effectively • Develop customized sales plans for each sales representative, set individual sales targets, assign territories, and conduct regular training sessions to ensure team success • Establish sales strategies and goals to meet predetermined sales targets efficiently • Set clear targets and objectives for the sales team in alignment with overall company goals • Offer support to sales team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each team member, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions • Collaborate with other department leaders to streamline operations and optimize overall sales performance • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and development • Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to teamwork Qualifications: • Roofing or Insurance Restoration Sales experience • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department • Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales or similar environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and inspire team members • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and make data-driven decisions • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) Compensation: $150,000 at plan earnings

    $150,000 per year
